My qualifications are built on rigorous study and practical application. I hold a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree, which is the foundation of my systematic approach to Strategic Engagement. I am currently furthering that expertise by pursuing a doctoral degree at Capella University.
For over 20 years, my public service roles (in local government and higher education) required disciplined management of high-stakes operational functions, including a variety of administrative roles from Project Management, Budgeting, Grant Writing & Compliance, and Procurement.
